Joe is a great person to work with. I just told him what I wanted and he went from there. He was very patient, and he was able to do everything I asked. He stays current on all issues concerning web design, using css and xhtml. My site was done on time and at a reasonable rate. I know I'll use Joe again. I especially appreciate his prompt responses when problems arose.
